Dr. Pham, hailing from Arlington, Texas, earned his biology bachelor's degree at The University of Texas, Arlington, before pursuing his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He further honed his expertise through a General Urology residency and a Pediatric Urology fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital. Presently, he's an integral part of Memorial Hermann Medical Group at the Vanguard Urologic Institute.

Renowned for his dedication, Dr. Pham pioneered the Pediatric Urology Program at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. He has served as Chief of Pediatric Urology at Vanguard Urologic Institute and a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas, Houston. Certified in Adult and Pediatric Urology, he's committed to advancing care for pediatric urologic issues. Dr. Pham's innovative techniques, including 3-D modeling for surgery simulation, focus on expediting surgery, improving aesthetics, and minimizing discomfort. He's performed around 500 surgeries, particularly for infants, and is notable for his use of spinal block surgeries in babies, avoiding general anesthesia.
